Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Miri app (hereinafter "the App"). By downloading or launching the App, you accept these terms.

1. Description of the Service

Miri is a mobile application that lets you virtually try on clothing using artificial intelligence. You upload a photo of your body silhouette, then see how selected wardrobe items would look on you — without a physical fitting.

2. Your Account

• Registration is done exclusively through Google or Facebook.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Creating accounts on behalf of others without their consent is prohibited.

3. Credits

• Each virtual try-on requires a certain number of credits.
• New users receive 2 free credits upon registration.
• Free-plan users receive a refreshed credit allowance every 7 days, in accordance with their plan's limit.
• Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases (Google Play).
• Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, unless required by applicable mandatory law.
• Unused credits expire upon account deletion.

4. Subscriptions

• The App offers paid subscription plans providing a higher credit allowance or other benefits.
• Payments are handled by Google Play Billing — payment card data is never stored by Miri.
• Subscriptions renew automatically per the terms of the relevant store unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• Refund policies are governed by Google Play.

5. User Content

• By uploading photos to the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process those photos solely to provide the service.
• We do not sell or share your photos with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Photos are deleted from our servers immediately upon account deletion.
• Do not upload photos of third parties without their explicit consent.
• Uploading illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing content is prohibited.

6. Permitted and Prohibited Use

The following are prohibited:

• Using the App in a manner that violates applicable law or these Terms.
• Attempting to bypass security controls, automating requests (bots), or reverse engineering the App.
• Sharing your account with third parties.
• Using the App to generate content that infringes others' rights.

7. Service Availability

We make every effort to keep the App available around the clock. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, which may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for any damages resulting from App unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of try-on results — these are approximate visualizations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.

9. Account Deletion and Termination

• You may delete your account at any time via /account/delete.
• Upon deletion, your personal data will be anonymized and your photos permanently deleted.
• For 30 days after account deletion, re-registration with the same email address will not be possible (cooldown period).
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you of material changes to these Terms via a push notification or in-app message. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the App operator's registered office, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
